No Returns

Returns accepted only if the product arrives damaged or defective.

In compliance with Republic Act No. 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines), Toneng Food Products ensures that all customers are protected against defective or damaged goods.

1. Scope of Return

Returns and exchanges are strictly limited to items that are found to be broken, damaged, or defective upon arrival due to shipment or manufacturing faults.

In accordance with Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) guidelines, we do not honor returns or exchanges for the following:

Change of Mind: Decisions based on a change of preference (e.g., "I don't like the color anymore" or "I found a cheaper one elsewhere") are not valid grounds for return.
Customer Misuse: Damage resulting from the buyer's mishandling, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions.

2. Reporting Period

To protect your rights, customers must inspect the item immediately upon receipt.

Notification: Any damage sustained during shipment must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Evidence: We require a clear unboxing video and photos showing the damage to the packaging and the item itself to facilitate the claim with the courier.

3. Remedies

If the item is proven to be damaged during shipment, the consumer is entitled to the following options under the law:

Replacement: We will ship a brand-new unit of the same item at no additional cost.
Repair: If the damage is minor and repairable, we will cover the costs of restoration to its original intended state.
Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.

4. Shipping Costs

For valid returns (damaged during shipment), [Your Business Name] will shoulder the cost of return shipping and the delivery of the replacement item.

5. Requirements for Return

To process your request, please ensure the following:

The item is in its original packaging.
The Official Receipt (OR) or any proof of transaction is presented.
The item has not been further tampered with or used after the defect was discovered.
